NALPGAM is a nonprofit organisation administered by the Governing Council who is usually elected at the completion of a term of two (2) years by members of the Association. The Governing Council draws on a wide spectrum of experience and knowledge to effectively represent all members in developing strategic policies through the National Secretariat and its zonal offices.
